Rutledge M. Bradford
Rutledge M. Bradford is the founder and President of Bradford Cederberg, PA. She is a native Floridian, born and raised in Orlando, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English from the College of Charleston in 1988 and her Juris Doctorate degree from Emory Law School in 1991. While at Emory, she was a member of the Moot Court Society and represented Emory in Moot Court competitions.
Ms. Bradford received her license to practice law in Florida in 1991. She is actively engaged in all aspects of civil litigation in both the circuit and county courts throughout the state of Florida, with specific emphasis on insurance related disputes. She was a partner in the Insurance Defense firm of Beers, Jack, Tudhope and Wyatt, PA and later in the firm she co-founded, Thompson and Bradford, PA. She spent more than a decade immersed in insurance related litigation, and tried in excess of 30 civil trials to jury verdict as lead counsel. By representing large insurance companies, Ms. Bradford gained a wealth of knowledge with regard to how insurers operate, their litigation strategies and most importantly, their vulnerabilities.
In 2003, Ms. Bradford established the firm now known as Bradford Cederberg, PA.
Since its inception, the firm has been devoted exclusively to the representation of health care practitioners seeking to recover payment for auto accident related treatment. The firm is known for its consistent pro-provider results, excellent litigation skills and strategy and cutting edge legal theories that benefit the firm's clients.
Ms. Bradford holds an AV rating Martindale-Hubbell, signifying her professional and ethical preeminence in the practice of law, as determined by her competitors and judges before whom she has appeared. She is also Board Certified in Civil Trial law, having obtained her Board Certification in 1997. Less than 1% of all lawyers in the state are Board Certified.
In addition, Ms. Bradford is an Eagle member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, a member of the Orange County and Seminole County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, as well as all State Courts throughout Florida.
